To be the transitional steps between metal grinding and resin polishing . It can remove off the scratches of metal bond diamonds grinding to make the floor finer .

Concrete Floor Grind&Polish Steps

Step 1 : Level or coarse grind floor : Metal bond diamonds from coarse to fine Grinding

-For concrete coarse grinding, normally use the metal diamond pads to grind from grits such as 30/40# ,60/80#,120/150# to grind on the floors.

Step 2 : Transitional step: Hybrid Pads / Ceramic pads / Copper pads

- To remove off the scratches after metal grinding , polishing from the grits 30# or 50#, 100#, 200# according to the floor situation.

Step 3 : Resin Polishing Pucks

-To reach a glossy surface, it’s a standard for 7 steps polishing from grits 50,100,200,400,800,1500,3000#. Plus buff or burnishing pads to reach high shine.

1. Very aggressive, remove scratches from metal diamonds.(50#-100#)
2. Faster polishing speed, longer working lide, higher clarity and gloss shine.(200#-3000#)
