This 3″ concrete floor polishing pad is designed for the transition between metal grinding and resin polishing. It is the most effective tool to quickly remove scratches after rough grinding of metal diamond toos.  Please refer to the following specific polishing steps:

Concrete Floor Grind&Polish Step

• Step 1 : Level or coarse grind floor : Metal bond diamonds from coarse to fine Grinding

For concrete coarse grinding, normally use the metal diamond pads to grind from grits such as 30/40# ,60/80#,120/150# to grind on the floors.

• Step 2 : Transitional step: Hybrid Pads / Ceramic pads / Copper pads

To remove off the scratches after metal grinding , polishing from the grits 30# or 50#, 100#, 200# according to the floor situation.

• Step 3 : Resin Polishing Pucks

To reach a glossy surface, it’s a standard for 7 steps polishing from grits 50,100,200,400,800,1500,3000#. Plus buff or burnishing pads to reach high shine.
