Concrete Floor Grind&Polish Step
Step 1 : Level or coarse grind floor : Metal bond diamonds from coarse to fine Grinding
-For concrete coarse grinding, normally use the metal diamond pads to grind from grits such as 30/40# ,60/80#,120/150# to grind on the floors.
Step 2 : Transitional step: Hybrid Pads / Ceramic pads / Copper pads
- To remove off the scratches after metal grinding , polishing from the grits 30# or 50#, 100#, 200# according to the floor situation.
Step 3 : Resin Polishing Pucks
-To reach a glossy surface, it’s a standard for 7 steps polishing from grits 50,100,200,400,800,1500,3000#. Plus buff or burnishing pads to reach high shine.
Features 1. Very aggressive, remove scratches from metal diamonds.(50#-100#-200#)
2. Faster polishing speed, longer working lide, higher clarity and gloss shine.(400#-3000#)
3. Fast polishing, easy removal of scratches, saving your polishing tool costs and labor costs.

A: We don’t offer free samples, you need to charge for sample and freight yourself. According to BONTAI many years’ experience, we think when people get the samples by paying they will cherish what they get. Also though the quantity of sample is small however its cost is higher than normal production.. But for trial order, we can offer some discounts.

3. What’s your delivery time?
A: Generally production takes 7-15 days upon receipt of the payment, it depands on your order quantity.

4. How can i pay for my purchase?
A: T/T, Paypal, Western Union, Alibaba trade assurance payment.
